1. Where do you ship to?

Right now, we only ship within the UK. If you're outside the UK and keen on something, drop us a message, we may be able to help.

2. How long will my order take?

It depends on what you’re ordering — we work with a mix of made-to-order, small batch, and one-of-a-kind pieces:

  • Prints (POD): Usually dispatched within 3–5 working days
  • Giclée Prints: Made in small batches, shipped in 5–7 working days
  • Framed Originals: Carefully wrapped and sent within 7–10 working days
  • Haus Tokens (totes, pins, accessories): If in stock, dispatched within 2–4 working days
  • Curated Vintage Finds: Posted within 3–5 working days — these are ready to ship, but still packed with care

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on the way. If you’re ordering more than one type of item, they may arrive separately depending on fulfilment method, but we’ll always keep you posted.

3. Do you accept returns?

As most items are made to order or one-of-a-kind, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. That said, if something’s not quite right, please get in touch, we’ll always try to help.

4. Are frames included with your prints?

No — unless clearly stated, prints are sold unframed. If you're buying a framed original, it will say so in the product description.

5. How is your packaging sustainable?

We use recyclable, plastic-free or second-hand materials wherever possible, from kraft wraps to paper tape and cardboard mailers. Your parcel might not look shiny or new, but it’s packaged with care and better choices in mind.

6. Can I request a custom piece?

We’re open to custom collaborations and commissions depending on studio capacity. If you have an idea in mind, send us an email and we’ll see what’s possible.

7. What’s a Haus Token?

Haus Tokens are our small-but-useful range, things like totes, pins, and accessories. Designed to be joyful, practical and giftable. Keep an eye out for seasonal or limited drops.

8. Who’s behind Haus of Beige?

That would be me, Angela, designer, maker and curator. And yes, the studio is often supervised by two pugs: Bonnie and Angus.
