Refund policy

We’re a small studio, and most of what we sell is either made to order or one-of-a-kind, so we don’t offer general returns. But if something’s gone wrong, we’ll always do our best to help.
Our returns approach
We’ll offer a refund, exchange, or repair if:
- Your item arrives damaged in transit (e.g. broken frame glass, cracked object)
- A print-on-demand item is defective (e.g. poor print quality or incorrect item)
- A vintage object or one-off piece arrives in a condition that suggests mishandling in shipping
What we ask in return
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please email hello@hausofbeige.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with:
- A brief description of the issue
- Photographic evidence of any damage
- Packaging photos (if the issue relates to shipping)
We’ll assess the situation and guide you through next steps. Where possible, we’ll repair and return the item to you. If that’s not feasible, we’ll refund or replace it (depending on item type and availability).
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What’s not eligible for return
- Items damaged after delivery through handling or accident
- Change-of-mind returns
- One-of-a-kind artworks or vintage pieces, unless damaged in shipping
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Thank you for supporting a slower, smaller way of creating and selling. We really do appreciate every order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
If we agree on the refunding route with you, and you have sent the item back. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
