Slowly Made. Thoughtfully Shipped.

Sustainability isn’t a bolt-on for us, it’s built in. From how we design to how we pack and post, we believe small businesses can make better choices every step of the way.

Here’s how we do it at Haus of Beige:

  • One-of-a-kind, not one-size-fits-all

Our framed artworks are made from vintage, pre-loved, or salvaged frames. Each one is reworked, repaired, and reimagined. Giving old materials a second life.

  • Ephemera with a past

Most of the ephemera in our collages and originals is genuinely pre-loved, old maps, receipts, letters, photos and fragments. Any newer pieces are picked up on my travels. Nothing mass-produced. Just one-of-a-kind finds, often sourced from small-batch designers or overlooked corners of markets and museums.

  • Low waste, small batch

We keep our collections tight and purposeful. No overproduction, no unnecessary stock. Our Music Lyric prints are print on demand right now, while our giclée prints are produced in small batches using museum-quality materials that are made to last.

  • Considered materials

When we need to buy new — paper, paint, mount board or fabric — we actively choose sustainably minded or accredited suppliers wherever possible. It’s about being informed, intentional, and aligned to the values we create by.

  • Packaging with purpose

We use sustainably sourced or second-hand packaging wherever possible, so your parcel might not always look shiny or new on the outside. What it will be is protective, practical, and kind to the planet. Think recycled paper wraps, cardboard sleeves, kraft mailers and paper tape.

  • UK-based suppliers & fulfilment

Where we can, we work with UK-based partners and fulfilment centres to reduce transport emissions and support local production.

Our Promise

We’ll keep experimenting, learning, and improving. It’s not about perfection just progress, made slowly and with good intentions.
